Address the stress part 1

Some days all you want to do is "scream and shout and pull your hair out" or sometimes even smash a few things  or break a glass. Its is customary in this modern world to loose  your cool and go hulk but is that really nessary ? No ...I refuse to believe that humans beings created with minds that are infinitely creative and marvelously designed , holding the keys to endless possibilities ...could not In all their geniusness find a more rational and civilased way to ease frustration and stress .

As it is commonly heard " violence is not the answer" and so being, stress should not drive you to smash a vase or even someone's face, because the stress of YOUR life is a bit more than you can bare . SELFCONTROL I say to you is the answer for your problem .keep in mind that just like humans self control comes in ' all shapes and sizes' to fit the unique individuals and their equally unique situations.

COUNTING TO TEN , which is a widely and overrated remedy to combat the anger that comes with stress and frustration is not always a good pick . As it is not efficent for many people considering the individuals personality and the severity of thier current situation .

So next time you are enraged with anger , burdened with stress or even bombarded with frustration, think of what suits you best in your present circumstance.
