School time

It's that time of year where all of us youngsters and in some cases oldsters return to the so-called empowering institutions . Which are in essence the building block  and  foundation of what we are to become in our individual society's . What society says is that your yeara in school and the events there-in re what shapes an individual and the society itself .
In some ways this is true in others not so much. what happened to the uneducated men and women that with hard work , dedication and good moral standing have moulded and sculpted their time into the 'good old days' we in this century long so hungrily to return too. Because the age we have created is just too depressing to endure.
We are an educated people this generation, fancy collages , universities and all these qualifications and stillnour world is total chaos
So do tell me is this 'school' thing really necessary ?
It infact is....being self sufficent in its continuity,  reason being the effects of school has some how created a world or mindset rather that only a 'paper qualified' individual is compatible or suited to  fit in an effectively bring some sort of sustainence to the fast pace economical industry / business world. And in order to do that attending school is requried/ mandatory.

So the reason we have to endure years and years of continuous work and study has been made simple . Now when you set foot in your institution this school year remember its all for the good of you , not torture or any such thing. But the insurace of living a comfortable life after much sacrifice. You will become an important part of society and if you work hard enough maybe even change it for the better.
After all school is not that bad because it's where your best years lie. And all the fun memories and good friends you make during that time become part of who you are.

Address the stress part 2: let it build up

I'm the type of person who is longsuffering...meaning you can bullshit me for a long time over and over but eventually when I've had enough , I'd snap and explode into a ball of hot fiery fury and rage..... A monster. No less than an always angry person. People like me tend to be passive and shy.We are usually overlooked and any consideration for our feelings disregarded.Not such a good thing for both the disregarder or disregardee .
That situation always ends in a shocking and catastrophic.Disregardee breaks under pressure and the disregarder or even an innocent bystander gets the full onslaught of the monsterous beast made as result of letting TOXIC stress build up over time.
With all that said this dangerous habit can easily be turned into an effective way to deal with stress (WARNING:  the following techique is not for all personslities use with caution) .
 
   *As stress builds up..... assignments overdue , busy schedule, hyperactive children, annying spouse, impossible coworkers etc. You just have to find yourself and stay calm always. Getting upset will only make things worse .
   *Find something that calms you , puts you in a zone ehere you are at peace and make it a habit to practice this when ever you feel a little stress coming on . This helps to control how often you get angry
   * Be passive in an aggressive manner .Don't provoke an argument of fight just because you're under stress (turn the other check) let God or Karma get that dumb boob back .
   *Meditate whether you pray,  read , listen to soothing music,  do yoga or whatever state/type of meditation you prefer .
   * Bring up how you feel in a  polite respectful way after it has gone on for too long or you have been suffering for too long. The point is get help , talk to someone about what you are going through.....let it all out , sing it out , write it out , draw it out, scream it out in the dark or even punch it out on something hard or soft. Doesn't matter get it out, without hurting anyone or anything.
After you have suffered long by the hands of a person , your emotions or assignments etc. It always helps to let it go , calm down and relax . Let the stress stay in until you're ready to release it , its toxic so don't let it stay for too long . I'm not saying hold onto your stress that's stupid , I'm telling you to stop blowing up let a war zone every time you get upset ...is it that unbearable that you can't just let it slide and keep your energy to sort things out instead of  making a big fuss over a minute matter.

Address the stress part 1

Some days all you want to do is "scream and shout and pull your hair out" or sometimes even smash a few things  or break a glass. Its is customary in this modern world to loose  your cool and go hulk but is that really nessary ? No ...I refuse to believe that humans beings created with minds that are infinitely creative and marvelously designed , holding the keys to endless possibilities ...could not In all their geniusness find a more rational and civilased way to ease frustration and stress .

As it is commonly heard " violence is not the answer" and so being, stress should not drive you to smash a vase or even someone's face, because the stress of YOUR life is a bit more than you can bare . SELFCONTROL I say to you is the answer for your problem .keep in mind that just like humans self control comes in ' all shapes and sizes' to fit the unique individuals and their equally unique situations.

COUNTING TO TEN , which is a widely and overrated remedy to combat the anger that comes with stress and frustration is not always a good pick . As it is not efficent for many people considering the individuals personality and the severity of thier current situation .

So next time you are enraged with anger , burdened with stress or even bombarded with frustration, think of what suits you best in your present circumstance.
