I'm the type of person who is longsuffering...meaning you can bullshit me for a long time over and over but eventually when I've had enough , I'd snap and explode into a ball of hot fiery fury and rage..... A monster. No less than an always angry person. People like me tend to be passive and shy.We are usually overlooked and any consideration for our feelings disregarded.Not such a good thing for both the disregarder or disregardee .
That situation always ends in a shocking and catastrophic.Disregardee breaks under pressure and the disregarder or even an innocent bystander gets the full onslaught of the monsterous beast made as result of letting TOXIC stress build up over time.
With all that said this dangerous habit can easily be turned into an effective way to deal with stress (WARNING: the following techique is not for all personslities use with caution) .
*As stress builds up..... assignments overdue , busy schedule, hyperactive children, annying spouse, impossible coworkers etc. You just have to find yourself and stay calm always. Getting upset will only make things worse .

*Find something that calms you , puts you in a zone ehere you are at peace and make it a habit to practice this when ever you feel a little stress coming on . This helps to control how often you get angry
* Be passive in an aggressive manner .Don't provoke an argument of fight just because you're under stress (turn the other check) let God or Karma get that dumb boob back .
*Meditate whether you pray, read , listen to soothing music, do yoga or whatever state/type of meditation you prefer .
* Bring up how you feel in a polite respectful way after it has gone on for too long or you have been suffering for too long. The point is get help , talk to someone about what you are going through.....let it all out , sing it out , write it out , draw it out, scream it out in the dark or even punch it out on something hard or soft. Doesn't matter get it out, without hurting anyone or anything.
After you have suffered long by the hands of a person , your emotions or assignments etc. It always helps to let it go , calm down and relax . Let the stress stay in until you're ready to release it , its toxic so don't let it stay for too long . I'm not saying hold onto your stress that's stupid , I'm telling you to stop blowing up let a war zone every time you get upset ...is it that unbearable that you can't just let it slide and keep your energy to sort things out instead of making a big fuss over a minute matter.
